Implementation & Professional Services

How we work
with you.

Three service models, a structured delivery approach, and a menu of add-on services. Every engagement scoped to the client.

45 min Scoping call — no prep needed
5 days From call to written proposal
3 tiers Fixed-fee to retained services
The model
"Implementation with knowledge transfer — not dependency creation."
01
Intelligence from day one
The Vercentic copilot is available to your admins the moment the platform goes live. Configuration changes that used to need a consultant ticket take minutes in plain language.
02
Precision, not customisation
We configure within platform capabilities — no custom code, no technical debt, no surprises six months after go-live.
03
Capability, not dependency
We do not consider implementation complete until your team can run the platform independently. That is the measure — not go-live.
Service tiers

Three models.

All tiers include a named Vercentic point of contact, access to the platform knowledge base, and post-go-live support in the first 30 days.

Implementation approach

Five phases.

Every Managed Implementation follows the same structure. Guided Setup uses the same logic — compressed, with more client-led execution.

01
Weeks 1–2
Discovery
Stakeholder interviews and process mapping
Current state audit — systems, data, integrations
Requirements validation and prioritisation
Data model design workshop
02
Weeks 3–5
Configuration
Environment setup and object configuration
Field, workflow, and pipeline design
Role and permission structure
Integration connections
03
Weeks 6–8
Build
Portal builds and branding
Report and dashboard setup
Data migration and validation
AI configuration and prompt tuning
04
Weeks 9–10
Testing
Internal QA and configuration review
Client UAT with defined test scenarios
Issue resolution and sign-off
Training delivery — recruiter, HM, admin
05
Weeks 11–12
Go-live
Production environment handover
Go-live execution and monitoring
Hypercare support — daily check-ins
Knowledge transfer and admin handback
01
Configuration, not customisation
We work within platform capabilities to avoid technical debt that limits you later.
02
Knowledge transfer every step
Your team learns by doing — not by watching, not in a final training block.
03
AI-assisted from day one
The copilot helps admins make changes in plain language. It changes what post-go-live looks like.
04
Iterative, not big-bang
Value released progressively throughout the project, not all at go-live.
05
Data-led
Reporting and dashboards live before go-live — not something you build afterwards.
Add-on services

Modular support.

Any of the following can be added to any tier, or engaged independently. All scoped individually.

Data migration
Extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validated import from legacy ATS, spreadsheets, or third-party systems. Includes reconciliation report.
Integration build
Custom connectors for HRIS, assessment platforms, job boards, video interview tools, or internal systems.
Portal design
Branded career site, hiring manager portal, or agency portal — fully configured and styled. Includes copywriting for standard sections.
Custom reporting
Bespoke dashboards and reports against your KPIs. Includes metric definition, build, and training.
AI configuration
Copilot prompt tuning, job description templates, screening questionnaire design, and matching model calibration.
Training delivery
Role-specific sessions — recruiter, hiring manager, admin. Delivered live, remotely. Includes materials and recordings.
Health check
Structured review of a live environment — configuration quality, adoption metrics, AI performance, and optimisation recommendations.
Interim admin
A Vercentic-trained administrator works in your environment on a short-term basis — configuration, training, and system management.
What to expect

Our commitments.

We run a small number of engagements at any time so every client gets the attention the project deserves.

A named point of contact
Every engagement has a named Vercentic consultant as your primary contact throughout — not a helpdesk, not a rotating team. They will know your configuration, your team, and your goals.
Honest scoping
We will tell you if something is out of scope, if a timeline is unrealistic, or if a requirement needs rethinking. A smooth go-live matters more to us than winning additional scope.
Documented configuration
Every decision made during implementation is documented. You receive a full configuration record at go-live — what was built, why, and how to maintain it independently.
Capability, not dependency
The goal of every engagement is a team that can run the platform independently. We track this actively and do not consider implementation complete until it is met.
Transparent progress
Weekly status updates, a shared project tracker, and risks flagged as they appear. You should never be asking where things are.
The Vercentic difference
Implementations powered by AI.
The platform's AI copilot is available to your administrators from day one. They can ask it to build a workflow, update the data model, create a report, or schedule an interview — in plain language. Configuration changes that used to require a consultant ticket take minutes. This fundamentally changes what support looks like after go-live.
