Tips for managing AI costs
Set per-environment budgets in the Super Admin console. Get alerts at 75% and 90% usage so you're never caught off guard.
CV parsing is the highest-volume feature for high-throughput teams. Consider batch-uploading CVs during off-peak hours if you're monitoring costs closely.
JD generation has the highest per-use cost but is used infrequently. At 0.3 uses/recruiter/day it rarely dominates spend.
Translation is a one-time cost per language — generate Arabic once, and it's cached for all future sessions at no additional cost.
